Ms. Liao was a college English teacher in China in the early years of her career journey. She and her family moved from China to Japan in 1998 and later to the US in 2014. Ms. Liao attended James Madison University with a degree in MAT TESOL and graduated in May 2021. She joined the PES family as an ESOL teacher in August 2021. Ms. Liao obtained her B.A. degree in English language and Literature from China and a M.A. degree in International Relations from Japan. In her free time, Ms. Liao loves reading, traveling, hiking, cooking, and arranging flowers.
