Ms. Debra Neely, 2nd grade teacher, began teaching in Fairfax County in 1993 and started teaching at Providence Elementary in 2002. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from West Virginia University, her Master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction from George Mason University, and her Reading Specialist Endorsement from the University of Virginia. She likes to play soccer when she has time, read, watch the sunset, and play with her two Australian Shepherds, Max and Duke.
