PES Early Release Mondays: Need Childcare Help?

Early Release Mondays (ERM): To give teachers planning time, students will be dismissed 3 hours early on seven Mondays this year.

Childcare Concerns? We understand this may create childcare challenges for some families.

Solution: Supervision will be available for students who need it during ERM days.

Action Required (if childcare is needed):

• Complete the childcare needs form for each child at PES: https://forms.gle/kTWQsgZVW5bwzpkQ8
• This form covers the first two Mondays (9/23 & 10/28).
• Staff will confirm the supervision plan for students.

Providence will have early release Mondays on the following dates. We will dismiss at 12:25 p.m. on these days.  More information can be found here.
