Mrs. Bissan Heise, School Counselor, starting at Providence Elementary in 2012. She attended George Mason University and has a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in School Counseling. In her spare time, Bissan enjoys playing the piano, being outdoors, and spending time with her family and friends along with her two cats Leo and Lana.
