Kate Francis is in her 20th year of teaching music. Ms. Francis is a graduate from the University of Michigan with a degree in string pedagogy and viola performance and received her masters of music in viola performance from San Francisco State University. Kate has taught a wide array of music classes from mariachi to general music to high school orchestra. In 2016 Kate was names Orchestra Educator of the Year by the California Music Educators Association. When not trying to take over the world through music she loves going on adventures with her 10 year old son and husband.
